Who we are

This website, fablefjorsonicpicnc.click, is operated by Fablefjor Sonic Picnc Media Ltd (company number 15834207), registered office 27 Church Street, Preston, PR1 3BQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for any personal information described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or user accounts. The note tool on our contact page works only in your browser; what you type is not sent to us or stored on our servers. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for a short period for security and reliability.

How we use it and why

We use your correspondence to reply to you and to research suggested players. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in running an editorial journal and responding to readers. We will only publish your name alongside a suggestion if you clearly agree.

How long we keep it

Reader emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless they relate to a published chapter, in which case we keep a record of the source for as long as the chapter is online.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or request a copy. Write to [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
